At the time, healthcare agencies were struggling to recruit and retain qualified therapists, meet increasing patient demands, and manage the complexities of coordinating therapy services. Seeing an opportunity to better support both providers and patients, Rehab Solutions was established with a simple mission: employ highly skilled therapists and partner with healthcare agencies to deliver exceptional therapy services.
What began as a small contract therapy company has grown into the largest contract therapy provider in Texas, serving agencies and patients across ten states. Over the past 20+ years, Rehab Solutions has built a reputation for trusted partnerships, clinical excellence, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Currently we employ a team of more than 500 Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy professionals who provide compassionate, patient-centered care through our partnerships with over 300 healthcare agencies nationwide. By combining experienced clinicians, responsive support, and streamlined service coordination, we help agencies meet patient needs while empowering therapists to build rewarding careers.

Patrick Garrison, PT, is the CEO and founder of Rehab Solutions, which was established in 2008.
As a licensed physical therapist with a passion for building strong clinical teams and patient-centered care models, Patrick is committed to delivering exceptional therapy services across multiple markets to meet the needs of patients and providers alike.
Drawing on his clinical and business experience, he has fostered sustainable company growth through strategic expansion and acquisitions, establishing Rehab Solutions as the largest contract therapy provider in Texas with a footprint that now spans across ten states.
Recognized for his entrepreneurial leadership and operational vision, Patrick has a reputation for developing dedicated, highly skilled professionals, building strong healthcare partnerships with providers, and driving innovative therapy solutions that elevate patient care.
Ricky Cameron, MD, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with more than 25 years of experience in family and emergency medicine, including 20 years of service in trauma centers across Northeast Texas.
Joining Rehab Solutions in 2014, Dr. Cameron played a key role in growing the company into the largest contract therapy provider in Texas. Following HealthPRO Heritage’s acquisition of Rehab Solutions in 2021, he served as Medical Director for HealthPRO Heritage.
Dr. Cameron now returns to Rehab Solutions as Medical Director and Managing Partner of Rehab Solutions. Drawing on his extensive experience in patient care, clinical leadership, and staff development, he is committed to building a therapist-focused organization that removes barriers, empowers clinicians to deliver exceptional patient care, and fosters a culture of operational excellence and outstanding service.
